"I have had several contractors help in my home and Daniel at Affordable Renovations has been hands down the best. He is courteous, reliable, and very talented. I never had to worry about spotty work being done and never had jobs that just never seemed to get done. He helped me make a home gym out of an unfinished room in my basement (drop tile ceiling, flooring, molding, and painting). He helped me redo the facing of a fireplace. He has painted multiple rooms for us. We are currently awaiting permits to help him knock down a partition wall between our living room and kitchen to open up the living space. I had dining room water pipe leak with some wood rot which they treated and replaced with all new wood and the tray ceiling with gold trim now looks perfect again!They came on time and explained everything.
