"Our 7 year old walk-in master shower developed a couple cracks in the tiled floor. We needed to address both the potential of leaks as well as the poor aesthetics. From demolition and removal of the knee wall (which opened up the shower) to installation of water proof wall board and underlayment materials, the team took their time to ensure both our and their expectations were met. "It did not go well at all. He's a nice guy. He continually ran out of money through the project and kept forwarding money on the contract and then finally he just didn't ever show up and did not complete the project. I tried to contact him several times but he did not respond. So basically we're out of money from whatever we had paid him. I just wanted people to be aware of that."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
