"I had a Flat Roof that was in bad shape. I reached out to three different companies, but when I found a Roof Kings, there was the only ones that suggested to repair the roof with silicone roof coating. That was the best decision that I ever did that only did I save more than half of a price of a new roof, but they gave me a 10 year warranty when a New Roof is only 15 year warranty on Flat Roof and they did an excellent job definitely 10 out of 10. Highly recommend."

"Communication was great from start to finish. They arrived on time or early. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Clean up was thorough. The Estimate explained that if they had to put extra plywood on the roof before putting on the new shingles, it would cost more and after they removed the old shingles it turned out the roof did need a lot of extra plywood. They showed me photos of the holes that needed patching and explained it to me on the spot. Even gave me a little bit of a financial break since there was so much that was needed. The new roof looks fantastic and I highly recommend Williams & Williams Construction, Inc. and will definitely use them again!"

"Did everything I requested within 24 hours according to initial call. They had to do some unexpected caulking and securing of shingles as well but they came...gave me an estimate...walked the perimeter with me pointing out all work needed...left to purchase the shingles...returned to do the repairs...and presented me with a bill in accordance with agreed upon estimate. Roof looks like "new" and they left behind...One Happy Customer!"
