"A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. We would highly recommend anyone needing brick or masonry work to use Michener Chimney and Masonry. "We have used H20tek in the past and our 3 story house had some facia blow off and they came in and attached the facia for us and cleaned gutters while they were there. Price was reasonable and I didn't even get a quote / trusted H20 and they were there quick and charged a reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them in the future and they are going to do some pressure washing on our patio as well. They also noted that the house probably doesn't need it again as we did recently, so they have no interest in selling you for things you don't need, which is also appreciated. Again, highly recommend and the owner Jonathan is very easy to work with for sure!"

Post-construction cleaning usually takes about one hour for every 100 to 200 square feet. A team of two to four cleaners might spend 8 to 12 hours for a full-sized home. Start by dusting high surfaces like ceiling fans, walls, and window sills to remove settled particles. Once the dust has settled again, vacuum your floors, carpets, and hard surfaces. Finish by mopping the floors to pick up any remaining dust and leave your home sparkling clean.
You'll need some specific gear for post-construction cleaning. Wear a respirator, eye protection, and gloves. Vacuum floors, cracks, and dusty spots with a shop vac with a certified HEPA filter. Wet mopping helps pick up even more dust. Vacuum or shampoo carpets thoroughly. Running air filters can also help catch any leftover dust particles floating around.
