"Last night our light switch started making a strange sound, and the ceiling fixture was blinking. Around noon I called Mr. Handyman, was told the repairman could be here this afternoon, and that there was not...not an extra charge for same-day service. The scheduler, Carol, set the expected time would be "4-ish." The guy, Mike, arrived right on time. He quickly found and showed me the trouble - - a loose ground wire. Mike patiently gave me my choices to resolve the problem: replace and up-date the switch or tighten the wire. "Tighten it, Mike," I said. (I like making an informed decision.) Within minutes he was done. He's an asset to the company. PS Fixing a light switch is not given in the "What work did you need done? * section of the review template."

"We hired Justin for interior painting all rooms, kitchen cabinets, plus front porch, & exterior trim. We also hired him for a bathroom remodel (down to studs & renovated from 1940s to modern). Replaced a front door as well. Sadly, I cannot say ANY good words about his or his teams attention to detail, as it was very poor throughout every aspect of the work. The bathtub was plumbed incorrectly & required a plumber to repair at our expense. The brand new bathroom double sink vanity was poorly installed with both lower doors cracked & plumbing was poorly installed. New shower glass sliding door was improperly installed. The new bathroom flooring left open holes in the floor to the subfloor under vanity. Nothing fixed properly when asked. Light fixtures & switches were carelessly installed in inconvenient & so appropriate places. Front door swings opposite now & light switches behind door. Serious quality issues. Endless problems. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. Bad attitude."

"We had Closet Factory in Centennial, Colorado, design and install and expanded pantry and mud room on one side of our laundry room. Leslie Klinck, our designer, did an amazing job! Her expertise and skills were obvious at every step in the design process. The two installers, Agustin Montoya and Ricardo Rodriguez, are highly seasoned professionals who bent over backwards to make a few needed adjustments in the midst of the installation. Everyone at Closet Factory was a pleasure to work with. Closet Factory also did three walk-in closets for us when we moved in last year. Again, superb design work and flawless installations. My wife and I give Closet Factory the highest possible rating and recommendation. They earned them!"

"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. "An honest question for Henderson & Daughter- Why bother? Why bother setting an appointment, sending someone out, taking measurements, promising quotes, only to fully flake? No calls, no emails, can't even return inquiries. A waste of my time and yours. Makes no sense."

"Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."
