"I owned a house that hadnà ¢à  à  t been renovated in 40 years. The plan was to knock down wall, update 2.5 bathrooms, change the kitchen layout. New floors cabinets, countertops & we painted all walls. We also added ceiling fans in all bedrooms & added recessed lights in the living room & dining room. I couldnà ¢à  à  t be more pleased with the outcome. I have since moved and I use Tyler for all of my projects."

"BEWARE. Mike Spitalli is very unethical. I trusted my gut on this one and it failed me. I signed a contract for labor only with him. I initially wanted him to demo my kitchen which included removing a coat closet and drywalling the wall behind it for cabinets and paint. Demo a half load bearing wall which would require a support beam and drywalling and paint, install a circulating exhaust fan, remove a click together floor and repair with a new manufactured wood click in floor. I also had a small wall in the dining area that needed to be opened up, rebuilt straight instead of angled. His labor only bid was $25,650. I was going to be provided receipts for all the building materials he provided and also had to pay those. I was providing and having cabinets and countertops installed through Lowe?s who are amazing so far. I had to pay his electrician, his plumber. My deposit to enter into a contract was about $ 3850. I rounded it up in good faith to $4000. Fast forward a couple weeks no work has started no permits just some drawings that I could submit to my association for approval. I decide not to remove the wall in rebuild it about 6? so it was straight and not angled for a beloved furniture piece. Tough decision but it seemed like too much mess with drywall, repairing the wood floor under it and painting that whole wall and possibly ceiling. I tell him to take that off and resubmit proposal. He says he can take $800 off!! What??? Out of 25k of pretty standard stuff other than that wall and load bearing wall, I?m only saving $800. I told him that was unacceptable and I would need to go back to my bids. He immediately cancels the contract and informs me I will get no money back. I was upset to say the least. I was under contract but we haven?t started anything yet. I told him I would write a scathing review all truthful. He immediately fires back that I need to back off or I will be charged with Extortion! He went as far as to call the police. I told the officer what happened and he assured me that posting honest truthful reviews is not extortion. I warned him! It was not a threat it was a promise. Now while I?m busy putting together a small claim case against him, he is apparently meeting with his ?legal team?. What happened here is a civil matter and no laws were broken. I asked him to send me a copy of the legal documents I signed and he has yet to produce them. I feel like I?m being punked. Wish me luck in small claims court. Fortunately everything is documented with texts and emails. The 30million dollar question. Why would he mind if I told our story in a review if he thought what he was doing was ethical. He accused me of trying to ?destroy my business and livelihood? His words, if he doesn?t give me my money back."

Family owned business with over 21 years of experience. We do all landscaping services- Walls , Patios , Grass cutting , Soil , Tree removal , Snow removal, Stone, mulch, Fall cleaning, Pruning, Draining problems, etc.
"Rodrigo and his team were great. I was able to get them in quickly and they spent a long day working on the project. It was mid-October and we decided on seed instead of sod. The grass was slow growing but it did come in, to a point. Rodrigo checked it out and said he would be back to go over it again in the spring. I believe he’ll be good on follow up. I held back one star because I’m not certain the garden bed was cultivated deeply enough. I will know better in the spring and may very well add a fifth star. I liked working with this company, found them to be reasonably priced, and I would recommend them."

A professional kitchen designer is a specialist in planning and implementing the remodel of kitchen spaces. They'll help you pick materials and styles, give you a quote, render a model, and send the order to manufacturers and installers. You can think of them as creative project managers who will facilitate your kitchen project from start to finish.
No, a kitchen designer can't plan for structural remodeling since kitchen designers aren’t structural experts. Consult a pro for structural engineer fees and inquire about changes like removing a wall. Additionally, for changes to your kitchen's electrical, plumbing, or gas lines, you'll need to hire the appropriate professionals, like a licensed electrician or plumber near you.
A kitchen designer’s process includes the following:
Finding inspiration: They may ask for photos, feedback on material samples, and preferred fittings to understand your vision.
Using design tools: These include computer modeling software, 3D and high-resolution cameras for recording your space, color wheels, and sketches.
Considering appliances and fixtures: It’s important that each item is installed correctly, balances aesthetics and functionality, and is conveniently positioned in a kitchen work triangle.
Looking at the whole home: A designer will consider your home's age and style.
Writing up plans: After taking measurements, they create a plan based on your specifications.
It takes anywhere from 10 to 20 hours for a professional kitchen designer to come up with a fully fleshed-out plan for a mid-size kitchen. However, that time can increase if you ask for a complex, custom-designed plan. Ask your designer for a quote on both pricing and overall time frame before you start working together to ensure you're on the same page with expectations.
If you're doing an extensive kitchen renovation, hire a kitchen designer to manage the project and ensure things go smoothly for you. A major renovation may include new flooring, countertops, cabinets, lighting, and structural changes like knocking out a wall or upgrading the electrical, plumbing, or gas lines. If you're doing something more minor, like only replacing a sink or painting your cabinets, you can either pay for installation or DIY.
