I have seen multiple contractors doing the similar projects or even smaller than ours at my friendâ  s house and taking weeks to complete the job, in addition damaging good chunk of the lawn and sometimes even damaging sprinkler/s. However, in the case of MJ masonry, they were very gentle with the lawn and the sprinklers. They cleaned up everyday before they leave and thorough cleaning after the job done. "Marcelino Restoration should be rated a 10+. Not only did he paint 5 large rooms and closets, he also made the natural woodwork look like new again. He repaired an area in a bathroom shower and added tiles in order for the plumbing work to be completed. Marcelino made a wooden front cover to a kitchen drawer that perfectly fit and looks beautiful; purchased and installed a new hood fan for over the stove, and is making repairs to the front door area of rotted wood. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work he does. Works daily to finish the project, professional, hardworking and takes pride in his work. "Go with Aguilera! Juan was able to do my bathroom floor tiling in 2 days, booked the same week! We tried to book through Home Depot and Home Depot gave us the run around in scheduling, telling us that we had to hire a plumber to remove the toilet first, and a different company to do the underlayment, etc. But Aguilera was able to do everything above that Home Depot could not, and at a fair price.
