"A year ago, I hired Chet Holmes to gut and remodel my kitchen, dining room and mudroom. Not only was he and his workers knowledgable and detail oriented, they were very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them!! The project was a very large one that required many skills: (1) STRUCTURAL EXPERTISE (relocating exterior door, installing pocket door, rebuilding subfloor, and installing header) (2) DESIGN (kitchen layout, pantry, mudroom "cubbies") (3) EXTERIOR WORK (window and door framing/installation, insulation, siding, gutters) (4) FINISH CARPENTRY (custom kitchen cabinets, custom mudroom cubbies, trimwork, crown moulding) (5) PLUMBING."

New floors cabinets, countertops & we painted all walls. We also added ceiling fans in all bedrooms & added recessed lights in the living room & dining room. "After a hailstorm in the area, we had D & K Builder's, out to inspect our roof. He also was available when our insurance adjustor came out to inspect the roof. Our insurance adjustor initially did not want to replace our roof, but they took the time to point out the damage and stood up to our insurance adjustor for us in an area we knew little about. They were very timely and prompt with their service and replaced our roof in just a little over two days. It looks great and they did a quality job. We are very happy with their work and them as a company and we would highly recommend."
