"I would not hire The Pros Inc. TPL AKA The Pros Landscape Management Inc., owner Salomon Lopez Perez (SLP), and I do not recommend them. TPL installed a new home lawn: removed grass and topsoil, replaced topsoil, and applied Hydroseed in 2023. Outcome is a failed lawn per SLP. I contacted TPL many times; they failed to perform. (removed company name) demanded payment of the project balance before the hydroseed was applied. By 8/21/23, I sent photographs of dead patches and dying grass. TPI said they will â fix the lawn; TPL was a no-show on 8/26/23. I emailed photos on 9/15/23 showing dead grass and continuing deterioration. TPL came to hand-sprinkle seed; no hydroseed; did not replace dirt. I sent more photos on 10/27/23. On 11/18/23 SLP says he will have a crew come next spring [2024] to rake, spread new soil, reseed, fertilize so we can help the lawn grow and thrive for the season. SLP never followed up. On 5/1/24 and 5/3/24, I called/emailed SLP and TPL, and SLP visited the lawn on 5/20/24, and called the lawn â a failed lawn. SLP arranged a soil test via a different landscaper; results on 7/21/2024 show the TPI soil provided has very low cation exchange capacity making it difficult for the soil to support growth of healthy turf. That company recommended the soil be replaced and re-seeded. A second sample analyzed by a university laboratory reported that the electrolytes in the TPL-provided soil contained undesirably high electrolytes (Mg, P, Al), out of range of desired levels to grow and sustain grass; 53.4% of the TPL dirt is gravel, not compatible with growing and sustaining a lawn. Naked eye can see pebbles. As of 8/6/2024, TPL-SLP failed to fix our failed lawn â or refund partial payment. TPL delays/ignores customers request to complete their work and keep their word to fix it. TPL will not answer or return a customer calls. The Pros Inc. urges customers to post only positive reviews, so prospective customers should beware reviews may not represent (removed company name)customers satisfaction with TPL. ð That is (The pros Inc. performance) i a fail to quote Top Gun Maverick."

"The only negative would be that it took a while for the owner to get back to me with an estimate of how much it would cost. It took him just a little while, and the reason was he was so busy doing other jobs. The positives were: they were on time, finished on time, the job looked good, they were clean, the area they worked in was clean when they left. It looks good."

"Joe and his crew completed 90-95% of our project (mostly a patio) back in November/December and said theyâ d â of courseâ come back in the spring to complete the work. Joe asked us to pay the remaining 50% of the contract because we were the only work they had at that point in the season and, since it was the week before the holidays, he wanted to â take care of [his] guys.â My husband and I thought it was a nice sentiment, so we agreed - though, I did email an outstanding completion checklist to set clear expectations for the spring. Iâ ve texted, called, and emailed for 3+ months to no avail. So, keep in mind that even if he does complete your project, his one-year warranty means nothing! I will gladly revise this review if he reaches out and we come to a satisfactory resolution, but as of now, my next steps are filing a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, contacting the AGâ s office, and if needed, filing a small claim for the amount Iâ ll need to pay a different contractor plus compensation for my time and stress."

"Quick service appointment ð Had lawn plug aerated, fertilized, and overseeded. Worker was very professional, answered and addressed any questions or concerns that I might have. Was important that Fall overseeing be done at a particular time so as not too warm or to cold so lawn had time to be established before late fall Very pleased, would use them again"

"Boylan Bros have been landscaping, plowing, cleanup Spring and Fall and roadway regrading after the Winter wear and tear for 3 years. They are great to work with, respectful of property as I have a large horse farm. Iâ ve had several landscapers over the years and they are THE best."
