First of all the professionalism and detail used to get the information for the start of the project by Pete was excellent. We worked with him to explain what we wanted and he came back with a detailed plan that was broken down to each part of the process that was easy to understand and follow so we knew what to expect. Once work started it went smoothly and everything was looking great. Unfortunately Covid through a wrench into all plans and we came to a halt. "Kirk redid our bathroom (shower, toilet, floor and exhaust fan). He listened to what you wanted, only gave his input when asked and was honest, which I appreciate. He would make a suggestion on things we didn’t even consider and he was not pushy about it and let you decide. Once they started the work, we were able to make the shower bigger which I was happy about but this made for a little extra time since he needed to order a new shower door and grab bar. He offered to put shower rod so we could use but we had another shower. This is someone who cares. Also, Walter and his crew were amazing. On time, professional and cleaned everything up. We will be using Kirk again when we redo our full bathroom. Thanks Kirk, Walter and crew. We are enjoying our shower. It was a pleasure working with you."
