"These guys are amazing!!!! I hired Old Skool HVAC to come look at my AC system that had failed a few days prior and was not generating any cold air. This is a second home and I was more than 1200 miles away so the visit and inspection had to be done "virtually". Frank came as indicated, after he completed a job in DE later than expected, and YET he still drove to my home late in the afternoon to honor his commitment. I had someone from another company (one that advertises a lot and is a huge company in the Delaware Valley) come out a few days earlier who told me my compressor was shot and would need a $4000 repair, if they could even find the part because the system was old. They also told me that replacing the whole system for $10K+ was the best way to go. That didn't fly with me so I called Old Skool for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a simple fix, one that the other company never even looked for, and now the AC is running perfectly!!!! Frank did this over the phone and was trustworthy, honest, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. I would have him do all of my HVAC work in the future!!!!! I am so grateful to have met him and had this experience!!!!"

They not only came out the same day that I called, but answered all of my questions and came in with a quote that was half what a larger chain gave us. They were able to come out 3 days after, to replace our unit. They were on time, respectful of our home, and took the time to make sure we understood what was being done and how our new water heater worked. And even when literally a half hour later I called with more questions; took the time to come back over, double check everything, answer my questions, and tweak the system at no cost. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"

The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
