I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. He made some suggestions which helped us select a porcelain tile. Then when he was doing the installation, he came up with a beautiful solution to an unexpected challenge. We love the result! He was respectful of our house and careful to avoid damaging or soiling carpets, bathtub, etc. Jason did all the work himself, including pulling out the old carpet, removing the toilet and creating a new edge for the carpet in the adjoining room to ensure a neat transition to our new tile floor. He quoted a reasonable price before he started and that was the price we paid him... No funny business or extra charges.
