"These guys are flat out nails. No one wants to power-wash their house but it is necessary to protect the investment. Summerlin made this a no thought- no brainer that I never had to think twice about. They even called to tell me they were running 20 minutes late,,,,,try getting that out of a any other service,,,Spectrum Im talking to you. Summerlin had the latest equipment and performed a hot wash on our place that got all the mold and dirt off with no harmful soap for the landscape. Thank you again for the excellent service."

"I am one happy customer! Miqueas, Bnseyda, Bictor, and Joni did an excellant job painting the interior of my home. They really paid very close attention to detail, nail pops, cracks in the walls, and areas that needed to be chaulked. I was a little anxious before this home project was statrted, but when it was completed I could not have been more pleased. Josh was a fantastic representative. He listened to my what I wanted done, made some very good suggestions on paint color and accent walls. Josh was responsive to my calls, always showed up on time for an appointment, checked in mid-week to see the progress of the job and reassured me that the interior painting would be completed to my satisfaction. I would hire this crew again, without any hesitation. Thanks, Josh, Miqueas, Bnseyda, Bictor, and Joni, if there were ten stars on this review that's what I would give you."

"The team did a wonderful job painting 3 bedrooms! I received a quick response to my request for a quote and started a few days later. They covered my new flooring in the bedrooms as well as the walkways to the bedrooms, keeping everything neat and clean. They told me they would be done in 2 days and they were! I have already requested a quote for the next job."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
