Everyone was prompt to let me know what was going on. At the end of the project my project manager Taylor did a very detail-oriented walk-through. I couldnt have had a better experience. "Hired for patio enclosure so deck experience may be different. They made some basic construction mistakes that I had to point out. For example no gasket between frame and bluestone base, no water proofing of window sills, left upper edge of windows unsecured to frame, etc. They did address all of the issues when it was pointed out to them but unless you are knowledgeable and vigilant these minor mistakes could result in very costly repairs down the road. The work took 3 months with a lot of unnecessary delays. For example windows and door left sitting on my patio for a week before installing it. Then they came for half a day and left the door another week. Knowing they were a small business I paid for the windows/door and material upfront, about 50%, which was probably a mistake on my part. In the end the enclosure did end up being very well done and after a few months there have been no issues. I would not recommend Murray unless you are willing to micromanage your project."

"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call.
