"Weaver did very well with our basement finishing. They did get the way we wanted things done, which was a bit unique, but they did miss a few things, like not understand we were going to take care of some things that were non-standard ourselves (because they were non-standard.). They also did leave us hanging a little at the end - we still never got our light switch at the end of the stairs hooked back up to the light, nor found out how to change the cam lights, but at some point I just gave up, cause they were kinda done with us after they got their last payment. Generally good to work with, they did have a bit of a time getting workers due to COVID, and there were some small less than desirable messes left. But thatâ  s small compared to the overall work, which was good. So Iâ  m pretty happy overall."

"Rick and his team at Premier 1 Properties did an incredible job finishing our basement and staying under budget. We had a low, tight budget but big dreams. We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work.
