Prior to this I was working as a design draftsmen in many fields including Architecture, electric, plumbing, heating ventilating and air conditioning. I built my first house in 1985 and lived there 15 years until my family outgrew it.Was doing a lot of remodeling in my spare time and was ready to take it on full time. "Rick and his team at Premier 1 Properties did an incredible job finishing our basement and staying under budget. We had a low, tight budget but big dreams. We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves.
