Although it was nearly 10pm on a Thursday, we spoke live with a tech, assured her that this was not an emergency, but we would like someone to come out asap. I received another appointment confirmation email with the name and picture of my installer, Josh. Josh and his co-worker arrived at my house first thing Saturday morning. With 2 people working, the estimated installation time was cut in half, ensuring that our system would be fully functional by early afternoon. Both technicians were polite, respectful, and informative, explaining how to navigate through our new system, as well as ensuring the county permits would be issued once the business week reopened (I received my permit on Tuesday, along with a phone call to confirm) and the steps we would take to walk through that process.
