They even trimmed a tree branch over my gutter for free. I really appreciated at. There was no pressure to by any products although they presented them. I really liked the service. "Ours was not an easy job. It involved a tricky climb to get to the top of the downspout. It required hm to go up and dow several times. He also suggested trimming a tree because it was causing some of the problems. He went above and beyond to fix our issue."
