He went ahead and made repair and charged a very fair price for the repair. I also asked for a rough idea of what I was looking at down the road to replace roof when needed. He gave a ballbark estimate, but then stated that my roof was in very good shape and should not need to be replace for 10-13 years. He explained what I should be looking for as to when the roof might need to be repaired. Highly recommend this company and its emplyees!"
