I am ‘old school’ and am often disappointed with the so-called professionals that I’ve been having to hire to maintain my house & property. Saul inspected all chimneys of my home and then we had a REAL conversation about the what, why and the how. He explained everything about the problem and the solutions —- and without the ‘double-talk I often get from many other repair/maintenance contractors. Saul was straight-forward and, as it turned out, trustworthy. He and his workers cleaned and lined the furnace flue, repaired the chimney and replaced the chimney cap. They got the job done quickly and done well, and within my fair price budget. I witnessed them being so rough mopping that the chord was pulled completely out of my Pelaton. (twice) They did not come on times specified, and the owner did not show the last several appointments despite my having confirmed the night before (due to her lack showing i was worried). I was left with a dirty home the day before out of town family arrived . Daisy simply did not follow through with our contract and i do not recommend this company"
