"I just purchased a condo and It was all original from 60s. It was in need of an upgrade and to bring to the current standards of living. I found sev-studio through a relative as they had a great experience working with sev-studio. It was a difficult process working with the HOA for my condo , as they are extremely strict on all aspects of remodeling my unit. I am glad that I had Sev-Studio to assist with all there requirements and ultimately grant me approval for my project."

"hired Steven to guide me through a complete rebuild of a 1950's 1200 sq.ft. home into a contemporary 2,500 sq.ft. home to accommodate 2 independent lifestyle with both homes having complete autonomy. Steve was patient and creative in interpreting our design needs. the end result was not only a tremendous increase in the overall value of the community but the design completely blended into the surrounding original neighborhood home facades. Brilliant. The ideas and designs that were implanted today still are current and the quality of the space is still exciting and inspiring."

"The owner Adam Yona is very kind and professional. Most importantly, Adam Yona is hard working and endeavors to help his client out. Adam showed up several times on site at the very beginning, in order to make the designs for the project the best and provide the MOST value to our mixed use building. Adam Yona cares about his project, and also his customer. Mr. Yona answers his phone, and is every easy to work with. Very happy that I found this design studio for this project."

"We had a difficult case that COVID made even more difficult to evaluate. After speaking with Eran, I was ready to grasp what I can do next. I would highly recommend calling ESL Designs for a virtual consult. Do not wait until COVID is over. Your home is everything. Do not risk permanent damage if you believe something is wrong. Discuss it with trained specialists who know what they are talking about."
