"Prompt call back from Carmine (owner), who took some time evaluating what i needed, and gave me a few options that would work best for my situation; was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Showed up pretty much on time. Appreciated that when they were running a bit late, had courtesy to call me to advise (only ended up being 15 min outside of appointment window). Final price was a bit more than over the phone estimate as they encountered some other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed (but only could be know with a physical inspection); but took the time to explain why; they made it clear that it was my decision. Anthony and Lou were courteous and very careful. I think this the first time I had ever had a home repair done where they left to work area cleaner than when they arrived. I also appreciated that Anthony took Time to explain key features of the new unit, and some steps to extend its useful life. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs."
