"It is very rare to come across a reliable and professional builder. I had the great fortune of contracting with WS Builders for rebuilding the porches on my home. Everything was a pleasant surprise. Wladimir Simoes was responsive, listened to everything that was said, and returned rapidly with a proposal. He also presented his insurance certificates, license, and other documents required by the city of Boston in a timely manner. The work began on the day that was promised, and every step along the way was well communicated. I was always able to reach Wladimir for questions and discussions. The result is a porch that was built professionally, inspected and is a great improvement to the house.
