"My daughter didn't have any hot water in the home that she purchased. Her only source of hot water was through a coil attached to the boiler. This house is very old and no one had ever thought to change out an obsolete system with a hot water heater. Anyway, the coil wasn't heating the water. it did at first, but the warm water only lasted a few minutes. We contacted a lot of plumbers and JMB Plumbing was the only one to call us right away. Jim came out and informed my daughter that the coil system is a terrible system and she should replace it with a hot water heater. So, that's what she did. The price was really good, the service very professional, and it was definitely the correct decision. I would hire Jim again in a minute. He is very friendly, courteous, and won't rip you off. He has very reasonable prices and does great work."

"First of all, I'm one of those customers who have reservations of ALL contractors. Most promise you the world and never come through. However, dealing with Peter, the owner, was a breath of fresh air. Peter and his team installed a Carrier Central Air System from the ground up (duct work, etc.) His work was thorough, extremely reasonably priced, and they left no mess behind, and the project was completed in record time (a day and a half). They will be back when the weather gets warmer to top of the unit with more freon. Surprisingly, they went out for lunch and brought my husband back a sandwich lol I was so impressed with their workmanship that I scheduled the installation of two new oil fired furnaces in the same week at my daughters house in Hope.
