"I had this guy come by for a quote. He quoted me $450 to repair roof. After his bank issues and no reply back? I called left a msg to cancel job. He showed up unannounced and made repairs without any explanation as to what he did. Roof continued to leak so I had to get roof completely redone (15k) by another company. Never heard from him again until he sent new invoice which was now $250 giving what he called a $200 discount. I took pictures of what he did which was basically a tube of asphalt caulk over exposed nails and areas. In my head? maybe $50 worth of service. I will write the check this week to close this account but will not be using Angi again thanks for nothing."

Its nice dealing with the owner of the company and Mark explained in detail our options and how the roof replacement would proceed and what a good crew he had. With Mark I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman more like a friend that had my best interests in mind. Out of the four quotes Immortal Exteriors was the most competitive.
