"Ontime Piping And Heating is on TIME and on POINT! I was in an extremely bad situation. I needed a new boiler and hot water heater. Home ownership is new to me, and I had no clue as to where to start. So, I just started googling and I had several so called â expertsâ come by and give me quotes any where from $8,000 to $14,000, and I was told so many different stories. Well, I decided to go on Angi (formerly known as Angieâ s List) and that is how I came across Ontime Piping And Heating. Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. By the time he left I knew this was the guy for the job. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was the best decision I made. Matty sent his guys in and handled the entire job in one day. Matty handled every single aspect of the entire process from taking out the old equipment and discarding to purchasing and installing (top quality equipment I must say there were no shorts there) the new equipment to the electrician. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life. I will most definitely recommend Ontime Plumbing And Heating to anyone and everyone. This day and time finding these types of businesses with some type of integrity is hard to come by. "If you look at public records Chris has multiple arrests for domestic abuse/violence. Very easy to find when searching Chris Locrotondo arrests. I found this out after doing some research after Chris replaced my boiler. I had another legitimate company come take a look at the work and they more or less had to repipe the entire thing. In addition, Chris doesn?t hold a master plumbers license of his own. The license he showed me is that of someone other than himself. Once again I found this out after the money was given to him. Be aware and be safe"

"They showed up to replace a shut off waste valve to my outside faucet. I supplied the valve. At first they gave me a quote that I thought was extremely high. I left to decide and came back and said forget it, Iâ m not going to do it. Then they came back and said ok, Iâ ll drop the price by $100 if you do it. This was still a high price, but being that they were here and would do it right away (rather than having to wait for a more reasonable plumber) I said ok."
