"— Absolutely Incredible! My name is Lucretia Cameron, and my daughter Jahnyce recently bought her first home. It had great bones and had only had one elderly owner since it was built — never mortgaged, well-kept, but completely outdated. We were excited to make it ours, but after dealing with multiple contractors who took advantage of us, we were devastated. Then we found Bruno and the Empire team, and everything changed. From the moment Bruno arrived — exactly when he said he would — we felt like we had known him forever. I have mobility issues, so my daughter met him at the door, and right away, we knew we were in good hands. I called on a weekend, and by Monday morning, he was at our home. **Tuesday morning, he started the job.** He promised the job would take 8 days — and it did. No delays, no excuses. The contract covered walls, trim, ceilings, wallpaper removal, flood damage repairs — and not only did he deliver, but he went above and beyond. "I hired this company for painting my kitchen cabinets and was very upset with the service I received. From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."
