James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
