"The company replied quickly with an initial quote. Of the three companies replying, Indoor Doctor was able to send a tech out the same day to perform inspections, testing and provide answers to my many questions. The tech was very professional, courteous, etc. Indoor Doctors provided an initial quote of $199 for the visit, which only covers the visit and inspection. They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. Their ability to come out the same day was what sold us on Indoor Doctor. "

"Peter and his crew were great. Peter was prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out to the house to walk through the lead report and work that needed to be done with me. He gave me a number of options for remediating things and showed me where we could do things in a less expensive manner--explaining the costs and benefits of the different approaches. For example, in one area he told me it was going to cost a significant amount for him to remediate and that it would ultimately be much cheaper for me to replace a section of wood railing instead of remediating the paint. This was to my benefit and his detriment, so I really appreciated it. His crew remediated 15 historic windows and they fixed some cracked panes of glass without my even asking. Peter was very fair, always in communication, and they completed the work promptly and professionally. I highly recommend."

"Be careful. I called to have a radon mitigation system installed and the sales rep on the phone took down the information and scheduled the appointment. I was upfront about an interior drain being installed. When the technician arrived, he said he'd be happy to install the system, but that it would be worthless because of the interior drainage system. I then received a $200 invoice for the site visit. Frustrating scenario to have a sales rep schedule the appointment, knowing full-well that I had an interior drain, and then the technician tell me there's no point to install a mitigation system, but then charge me for the inconvenience of it all."

"I cannot say enough great things about our experience!! We have extensive water damage on 3 floors, a HUGE mess! Called them & they sent Charlie within 2 hours. He told me it was going to be a huge undertaking from the start & reassured me they would start right away without needing a deposit or down payment & they would deal with the ins. co. They were there with blowers and dehumidifiers by the end of the day. We had an independent adjuster come and it's a blessing. Matt is dealing with all the issues AND the ins. co. We've only dealt with an ins. co once in past and got ripped off. Matt arranged housing (hotel, etc) while we rebuild. Mark, the proj. manager from J.B. Day, and his whole crew was amazing. had us fully packed and moved out, & the house demoed in 3 days. Pleasant, hard working, safe and thorough. totally cleaned it all. Told us what to expect the whole way. Amazing job on incredible mess. They come back at the end to move us back in! Definitely will use them again!!!!"

"Chris arrived early, well before we did (and we were early!), to start inspecting the exterior of the property. He explained up front what he could and could not do. In the process of the inspection he explained what he was looking at, the reasons for looking and what he might have found and then what he did find. We had lots of questions but he also repeatedly asked us if we had more questions. We feel that we have as good a grasp of what the pros and cons are about this new (for us) house as we can. The report is thorough (with pictures) and he will be sending us a bound copy that we expect will be our house book/bible from here on. We felt like we were his only concern. He had no skin in the game on whether we bought the house, his only concern was to educate us."
