Extremely professional, extra extraordinarily good communication and helped me fully understand my options with zero manipulation to pad the bill like some companies pressure you or exaggerate a need. Just pure professionalism and their integrity seriously is mind blowing and you’ll see it right away. Not once did I even have the chance to worry if the job was gonna get done in a timely way or how even it was being done. During the entire installation, I was sent detailed pictures and then even before and after pictures plus detailed drone pictures no less. They got the job done in incredible time (a couple days), there was a day delay because of winter weather but they kept me informed up front and got back to it swiftly, and I mean swiftly. We thought there was gonna be a little more of a weather delay than one day but they did not milk it, there was a break in the weather the next day and they jumped on it and finish the job next day quickly. They were all about getting it done and they definitely backed it up with actions and finish the job shockingly fast. There was never a delay in communication for anything during this project, like I said they didn’t even give me a second to ever worry how it was getting done if it get done and when it would get done. Anytime I had a question, texted or called it was answered swiftly and to be honest with you they were the ones always taking initiative, which is refreshing to see for a business because this is the first time I’ve ever experienced it. Most other businesses you have to hound or blow you off for a while or give you excuses why they didn’t communicate. The workmanship and the detail and getting things done right and communicating to us like when we had a problem with our fascia is incredible. They take pride in their work. Seriously I have never worked to the company that is shown so much integrity, honesty, and good customer service. It may be just a roof and gutters to other people, but I have been raving to everybody and anybody about this experience. I procrastinated writing this because I was struggling as I felt like I couldn’t come up with the appropriate words to do them justice to describe incredible experience we had with this company because really words fall flat. I wouldn’t use or recommend using any other company. I have complete faith in this company, you’ll see from your first contact with them that you can be at ease putting your faith and trust and legacy construction and trusting your money and project to them. My next plans with them are to side my house. I’m also so thrilled with deciding to go with a metal roof and the beautiful job they did. Since it’s been installed I’ve literally sat in my car when I pull in, admiring my roof and I never did that last time I had it roofed decades ago. I had neighbors call me right away and asked me questions about my roof and legacy construction because it looks so amazing. I’m the first in the neighborhood to put up a metal roof, I’m so glad I did, don’t be afraid of being the first one because it’ll make your home a show stopper, add value to your home and it helped us get a discount on our home insurance because of the safety factor. I seriously can’t recommend legacy construction enough, you won’t be disappointed you trusted your project to them."
