We got ghosted, and it hurts. Is it so hard to just email? 'Hey, thank you for the opportunity, but we have decided to pass on your project.'"

Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now.
