"Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. "Gino was a very likable and pleasant person who showed up on time. He was very efficient and a bit of a perfectionist. There were some challenges and he met them quickly. When he went to pick up the frooring. Gino took the time to check it, found it damaged and got it replaced quickly. I had been planning this project for some time and had high expectations. He more than exceeded them all. In the future he will be our first call for any improvements and I would recommend him to anyone seeking quality workmanship from a person that is a pleasure to deal with."
