"I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. "They talk the talk but when push comes to shove they are awful. I had them do replacement windows. The windows that are visible from my driveway and sidewalk are excellent. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."

"The crew which did the roofing after they left I noticed that fence door was broken and on the ground. I tried reaching Mike (the sales consultant) and never heard back from him. I specifically remember Mike telling me that he'll be there to answer/help until the project is done. I reached out to Tyler (the project manager assigned) and shared the picture of the broken door. He right off the bat refused that it happened and after I shared the picture he said he'll come and inspect it in person. That was 2 weeks back and hasn't been any follow up. I only went with United because I knew an employees. Even though united was most expensive quote (but comparable work) from other roofing companies. I was hoping for a good experience and hire united for other work like siding replacement."
