"There were many projects to be completed at my deceased mother's house. Because I am disabled and not able to get to the property, I couldn't see how badly I was taken advantage of. Not only did I pay for a job they did not do, I also paid for another job that is unfinished, plus a french drain that is causing a sink hole, and the buried equipment is now above ground. All 3 of these projects pose safety risks. The french drain collapse is only 6 months after installation. After bringing these issues to the owners attention (the unfinished project I'd requested be completed for months), the owner began ignoring me. When I mentioned that litigation was going to move forward, the owner said he'd look at the work that week then blew me off again. When they actually do work, Golden Hill's quality of work is awful. Be prepared to pay someone else to fix the work, if they even do it."

And after I stopped using them, every year when them comes to do the fall cleanup on my neighbor’s front lawn they would intentionally blow my neighbor’s oak leafs to my front lawn and left them there, I would have to do the cleanup all over again no matter how many times I did before they came and I didn’t even have any oak trees on my lawn. This year after I cleaned up and I putted up the low wire net just to use as reminder for them to be professional to do the proper job, but just earlier today when they came , I saw they blown ton of leafs to my side of the lawn again, I want out to reasoning with them, told them I have to cleanup after them every year and it’s not right, but guess what, they’re gone and left those leaves they blown from my neighbor’s on my lawn. So unprofessional!!!"
