They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. They sent someone to inspect it, who never mentioned that I would have to find someone else to "restore" the ceiling after they left. They charged me almost $4,000 to tear it apart and walked away. They should change their name to “Cleaning and Demolition.”"
