After they got started it turned out to be a lot bigger job than anticipated but he still got the job done in a timely manner and honored the original quote. "I cannot even begin to express my appreciation to Keith and Dan for the beautiful bathroom floor. A handyman I had hired to do various jobs around the home had attempted to do the floor. The tiles were loose, you could hear the grout crunching when you walked on it, no spacers were used so grout lines were uneven...it was a mess! When Keith and Dan tore out the floor, they found a soaking wet subfloor because the toilet had not been properly reset. In less than 48 hours I had a brand new floor with a concrete underlayment, and a new water line and valve to the toilet which now does not leak. They used soft furniture blankets to protect my hardwood floors and didn t leave a trace of dirt or debris. Also they were personable and friendly with my dog. And I felt that the price for all of this excellence was very reasonable. I cannot speak highly enough of Cavote s Flooring Expressions and would hire them again in a heartbeat."
