"I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

Excellent work completed by Tim and his team, all whom were very professional and very trustworthy. With Tim you get the bonus of having a friend also. Work area was thoroughly clean after each step. "I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! "Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."
