We called a few contractors to get estimates, John called us back in a timely manner while the others either didn't call back or waited a week or longer. We looked at that as to say US Home Improvement is serious about their business and about our time. John and his son both came to speak with us and give an estimate. "Rodolfo was responsive and able to provide a quote quickly. While Rodolfo's quote was not the least expensive, he worked with us to reduce the scope of the job to better suit our budget. We ended up painting the full living room and foyer, dining room, and one office wall; two bathrooms; and some trim/casings on internal doors, windows, and closets. Rodolfo also improved the improperly installed molding and sanded down a newly built wall in order to paint it - it now looks like the wall was always there. Before the work began, Rodolfo quickly confirmed a start date and arrived promptly as scheduled. He and his team (Jose and Wilson) were able to complete this medium-sized job in only two (long) work days, including full clean-up. They were friendly, helpful, and very customer service-oriented. There was one minor miscommunication about whether the quote had included molding in the living room, and Rodolfo agreed to paint it right away. They also plastered some small holes in the walls and install new bathroom towel and toilet tissue fixtures at no extra charge. The painting looks clean and fresh, and has made a major difference in the appearance of our new home. We would work with Rodolfo and his team again."

He told me that the custom-ordered window would take 4-6 weeks to make and the installation would take one day and he is true to his words. His crew is also very friendly. "We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."
