I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. She sent someone over to the house to give an estimate within 2 hours and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was done on the same day as well. Within another few hours, the work was done. While they were there, I also have them fix a piece of glass on our garage door that has a crack. Their quality of work was excellent. Everything was handle with care and they are very professional. "I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. It is May 2023 and no one can get here until Sept 23, 2023 to repair it under the warranty. Meanwhile, bees and water are getting in under the trim and we will have to pay someone to come and fix this. Not happy!"

"They are a little more expensive than other window installers but they did an amazing job. They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer.
