After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. It is May 2023 and no one can get here until Sept 23, 2023 to repair it under the warranty.
