"Good luck getting him to call you back. I had a house built and the builder used him for the plumbing install. I tried getting him to come do a service and he never called me back. Had another company come in and told me a couple of things had been installed improperly. I tried getting Dobson to correct it because he's the one that installed it wrong but he refuses to answer the phone or call me back. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable plumber instead."

My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
