The 2 technicians they sent out were amazing they fixed both issues same day. They took the time to explain the issue and how they could fix it. They even took some time to pet our dog. The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again."
