Basement finishing: 26'x26' basement, currently partially finished (about half). Want space fully opened up with exception to a 13'x10' utility room for washer/dryer and utilities. Use vinyl plank flooring. Want to use correct materials for basement remodel Outdoor hot tub deck/pergola: Looking for a Trex deck to be installed around a hot tub (not yet purchased). Deck would be about 18'x20' (but hot tub would be included in those dimensions). Need a privacy wall built into pergola on one side. Looking to make this an "escape" so want electric outlet(s) and features like down lights on step(s) leading up to deck, and potentially some minor landscaping.
