"I left three stars based solely on the previous work that was done for us, which deserved 5 stars.. Unfortunately, we have to go through the searching process for another arborist. We had a bid from TTT, (higher than the other years, but still reasonable) It was not a problem because we trusted them. This time we just couldn’t get it done. The communication was very sparse and we decided they were just not that inerested in our business. Everyone likes to feel valued, even though it was a small job to them, it’s not to us. Also, the linking with the other company has different pricing with strange breakdowns . We didn’t understand it, but we were willing to choose them anyway."

Aeration is the best way to keep your lawn healthy and vibrant. Annual aeration makes your lawn more breathable and helps nutrients reach the roots, improving water absorption and reducing puddles where pests might breed. However, timing matters. It's best to avoid aerating during droughts, extreme heat, or if your lawn is battling weeds. A local pro can help you determine the ideal time for your yard.
Most lawns benefit from annual aeration to keep them healthy and thriving. If your lawn has a lot of thatch buildup—more than half an inch—you might need to aerate twice a year for a couple of years to get it under control. When you hire a professional lawn care company, a standard 10,000-square-foot lawn takes about 30 minutes to aerate. Uneven, sloped, or especially large lawns can take significantly more time.
