"I put in a quote for service through Home Advisor, and selected Affordable American Air for a quote and within a half hour Michael gave me a call offering to come out to my house that same night even though the call was after work hours. Michael was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely in his service. He was phenomenal in not only diagnosing the issue, but also explaining everything to me along the way. Michael also offered additional feedback on my unit as a whole and explained some options I could have moving forward for future service but was not pushy whatsoever in his suggestions. I would whole-heartedly recommend Affordable American Air for anyone needing service on their heating and cooling systems as they were incredibly prompt in their response to my quote request, extremely professional and courteous while at my house, and very knowledgeable in sharing their expertise with me."

"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."
