From my perspective, the other key component is that he was able to get approval of all of the various inspections by Montgomery County Maryland on time. Obviously Bent Palm has an ongoing relationship with the county building inspectors and the project was constructed properly and on time. Another reason that I’m giving Ben Palm a five star evaluation is because a previous contractor informed me that the only way I could put a screened in porch on the back of my house is to file for a variance. Bent Palm built my screened in porch with no variance and approved by the county. Further the quality of the work was outstanding.
