Michael answered my call immediately and was at my home within the hour. He then assessed the issue and organized the process to remediate this situation. This included going out and procuring a new and stronger pump setting it up to empty the afflicted areas and returned the next day to clear out the damage and debris, sterilize the entire basement to prevent mold and setting up fans to dry it out. He then returned again to insure that this was successful. He was reasonably priced, honest and a delight to work with. His value to me is far more than I paid. I will be working with him again in the near future."
