IT CAME OUT LOOKING LIKE A NEW FLOOR, snow white grout lines where previously they were black (ick). Highly recommend for anyone who is wondering how in the heck to get this clean once again. I now have new floors!"

They explained their cleaning method before starting and took extra care of my belongings when moving them out of the room. They checked the fabric's manufacturer's cleaning label before cleaning my chair to see what they recommend. That helped them know to dry clean the chair instead of steam cleaning it. They explained their cleaning process and they did a fantastic job! They removed all the stains and my carpets look like new again. I found them to be very pleasant to talk to and have in my home.
