We signed an agreement and gave them our first insurance payment, only to not have any progress made/work done for two months (despite repeated follow ups) until we escalated to their office. Once work finally began, they framed one door incorrectly, corrected it, and then did the second door incorrectly as well. Despite high winds in the forecast, they did not secure the siding materials, causing us to have to chase full sheets of siding through the neighborhood so that it wouldn’t damage our neighbors’ cars. They damaged our fiber internet line, causing us to have to have it replaced by AT&T. They did not measure correctly and did not order enough siding (despite us asking about this on the second day) - They didn’t order more until the following week, and our house was left unfinished for another three weeks."
