The 4 stars is also due to sticker shock (no fault of the plumber). Original quote was $720 for a clogged drain. They knocked it down to $500 with only a 30 day warranty rather than 6 month. He found the clog at 35’ (10’ beyond my 25’ snake) in less than 20 mins. I now know I can get a 125’ power snake with all the different pipe size attachments for $300. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."

I have the ability to do anything you need in the lawn services area including planting new trees, removing old ones, edging, brick pathways, mowing and spring and fall cleanup. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
