His communication was always excellent, he didn't mind answering all my ignorant questions, and he worked seamlessly with my architect and kitchen/bathroom designer in order to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe given the scope of the project. His team worked tirelessly and while my family and I had to move out of our house due to the nature and extent of the project, he kept in constant contact with me, arranged frequent in-person meetings, and didn't mind me and my kids showing up unannounced to view the progress. My neighbors constantly told me how hard he and his crew were working, as they saw him on-site nearly every day. "I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

"First time iI used Jason and his son (J.D carpentry out of Scituate) In this day and age if and your new to carpentry project's which i was and i picked a local carpenter for my project Well i hit a home run when i picked Jason and his son Dustin They build a roof for my ouside shower and dresssing room enclosure which was a vinyl fence enclosure and did a outstanding job It was not an easy project because of the different heights involved.
